2. Inner wall of draft air duct is stainless mirror plate without gaps and has high flatness level, which has even and excellent trafficability.The width of draft air duct can adjust holisticly.

3. The technologies includes alternating frequency speed regulation and totally synchro digital communication, which conveniently maintain users. The level of automation is high, and the human-machine controlled page avails produce management. Its ability is stable and dependable.

According to the demands of different products, it can be equipped with different speed series of rolling mill and winding machine. The rolling point is even,and the roll machine has the constant tension automatic control unit and slitting function .The fabric coil tension is appropriate, uniform and neat.

Spunbond is one of the most popular methods to produce polymer nonwovens. The process is based on melt spinning technology. The melt is forced through a spinneret with a large number of holes by a spinning pump. A quench air duct located below the spinneret continuously supplies regulated air to cool the filament. There is also a continuous supply of auxiliary room temperature air. In the whole working width of the production line, the negative pressure fan sucks filament and mixed air from the spinneret and cooling chamber.
